Applications of plastic recycling washing line
Waste plastic recycling washing line is widely used for washing and recycling waste HDPE bottles, PE film and PP woven bags,non-woven bag, PP waste home appliance shell, PVC, PC, ABS, etc. This line can separate muds, sands and other impurities from wanted plastic materials easily. The whole production line is automatic controlling, compact process. it can process capacity up to 1300-1500 kg/h.We will make different adjustments to the cleaning solution based on the characteristics of different materials.
Process steps: Belt conveyer → Metal separator→ Plastic Crusher → Screw loader → washing tank → Friction washing machine → Screw loader→ washing tank→ Screw loader → Dewatering machine→Pipe blower dryer system →Zigzag label separator→ Storage silo → Finished product packing 1:Belt Conveyor Feeding conveyor to the shredder: ● With Load related controlling device for conveyor belt for avoiding of the overfeeding of the shredder; ● Equipped with pull switch surround the conveyor. Metal detector as optional, for detection of metallic contaminants for protecting of the shredder. 2: Plastic Crusher ● The optimal rotor and crushing chamber design reduces energy consumption and increases production; ● The rotor blade is particularly suitable for heavy material crushing; ● The precise gap between the rotary knife and the fixed knife and the design of the rotor ensure uniformity of the particles and noise controlled in the lowest range. 3: Screw Loader ● To convey plastic flakes out of crusher into friction washer; ● All parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel SUS304. 4: Friction Washer ● Made of SUS 304 stainless steel, strong welded construction; ● Oversized, outside mounted bearings; ● Stainless steel screen, hole size 3 mm; ● Stainless steel feed - and discharge hoppers for the plastic flakes; ● Water discharge at the bottom. 5:Washing tank ●According to the cleanliness of the raw materials, the length is 6-12 meters and the width is 1.5-2 meters. ●The rollers have different designs according to the status of different raw materials. ●The bottom of the rinsing tank is divided into sloping bottom and cone bottom. Users can flexibly choose according to actual production needs. 6: Horizontal dehydrator ●Remove oil stains and other impurities and reduce moisture. ●Parts in contact with water and materials are made of 304 stainless steel ●Spindle rotation diameter: $650mm Rotation speed: 1500rpm Dehydration rate above 90% 7: Pipe drying system ●The length of the pipe is 26 meters, the material is 304 stainless steel, the thickness is 2mm ●With heating function, heating power ranging from 36-70KW ●The material is sent to the temporary storage silo through the air delivery motor, and the moisture content is reduced to less than 5% to facilitate subsequent granulation. 8:Storage Silo ● No vertical screw, large base area, bigger volume; ● Greatly reduced power consumption, agitator breakages due to overloading are avoided; ● Dust free direct feed without a cyclone separator, better filling and easier dust separation possible; |
